We will send you a confirmation email after your order has been placed. If for any reason you haven't received an email from us, please get in touch.

All orders on the website are subject to availability. Payment must be accepted and a billing address verified before we dispatch your item.

If your address is within the United Kingdom, all items are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If the item you ordered is in stock, the usual period for delivery is five working days.

If a piece is no longer in stock, we can still make it for you. Please allow four weeks to receive your order. This can vary depending on the time of year and availability of gemstones and other materials.

All deliveries must be received in person, and a signature is required.

To track your delivery, please enter your tracking number (which is provided in your shipping confirmation email) into the Royal Mail Track and Trace webpage.

Should we agree to deliver something to outside of the UK, you will be liable to cover all delivery costs and import taxes if applicable. Please contact us for further information.

Unfortunately, once you have placed an order and payment has been made, it is not then possible to cancel the order. Once you have received your item, you can follow the returns procedure outlined below.

We understand that there may be times when you wish to return an item and receive a refund. If you wish to return an item, you must send us an email within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Until the item reaches us, it remains the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning the parcel via a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post.

Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition and inside all of the original packaging. Once we have received the item and are satisfied with the condition of the piece, we will process the refund within seven working days. We do not refund return postage costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Everything at Amelia Appleby is made by hand, so if something is out of stock, it will be clearly stated underneath the product photograph. However, this does not mean that you've missed out. Please get in touch with us via email or phone and we will make another one for you.

Lead time on having a piece made is usually four weeks (dependant on the time of year and gemstone availability). All of our gemstones are sourced from independent stockists so it may not be possible to get the exact same gemstone again, but we will work closely with you to find either the closest match or give you a choice of alternatives.
